Can I Cancel a Booking?

Policy: If this reservation is cancelled 90 days prior to occupancy, there is no
refund during “High Season” unless the property can be rebooked for the same rate and time. If the property can be rented under these conditions, 80% of the deposit payment made will be refunded. For “Low Season”, if this reservation is cancelled with more
than 45 days-notice prior to occupancy, 50% of deposit payment made will be refunded. Any cancellation less than 45 days-notice prior to scheduled occupancy – no payment is refunded. No shows, late arrivals, and early departures after arrival are always non-refundable. It is
recommended that guests purchase travel insurance to cover costs in the event you are forced to cancel.

Can I Change a Booking

A Change in Booking can be considered a cancellation. Please see the cancellation policy. Note, however, that if your dates of travel change altogether or if you need to add time before or after your reservation or eliminate a day or two of travel, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Is there a Discount or an Option for Last Minute Bookings?

Reach out to management to see if there is the possibility of a reduced rate if you’re booking last minute. Oftentimes concessions can be made, however, it’s not a guarantee.
