The Main Building
The main building complex includes a great room that is the heart of the home with an open floor plan chef’s kitchen, living room, dining area, and powder room. The sleeping quarters are in two separate bedroom pods connected by a garden courtyard. These four California king bedroom ensuites each have outdoor natural stone showers and balconies.
The Guest Building
The guest building complex includes a great room complete with a leather sectional couch, full chef’s kitchen, bar-area seating plus a powder room. The separate bedroom pod houses two bedroom ensuites with outdoor stone showers. Each bedroom has a queen bed and a murphy twin bunk-bed that folds away when not in use.

With bountiful amenities, the home boasts four king and two queen accommodations. The queens offer twin murphy bunk beds so the house comfortably sleeps 16+. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with outdoor “St. John” showers.

The massive main house with a chef’s kitchen has a huge comfortable dining area and great room that opens to an outside covered patio with its own outdoor kitchen and bar area. A few steps down and you’re pool side or have the option to relax under a pergola on the property’s edge enjoying the spectacular view of the ocean, Le Duc Cay, and the outer lying East End of St. John and up the Sir Francis Drake Channel all the way to Virgin Gorda.
A flight of steps off the main house courtyard takes you down to an approximate 30′ x 30′ sun deck ideal for cocktail parties or holding special events.
